The Grecian Sands Hotel will make your wedding day an occasion that will stay in your heart forever.

Grecian Sands is ideally situated in Ayia Napa overlooking crystal clear waters and surrounded by lush gardens. But this is not simple because of location the Grecian Sands is the leading wedding hotel, but because we believe it's the little extras that make all the difference from the amazing menus to the personalized name cards included in silver writing. The hotels specialist staff are on hand to decorate and attend to your reception so you can rest assured that everything will be perfect on your special day.

Whether you require an afternoon or an evening celebration there is something to suit all your needs.

For a more informal reception we have the Ulysses Bar or the Ithaka restaurant that are suitable for all size parties. Both have shaded verandas overlooking the blue Mediterranean lapping the golden sandy bay. You can choose to be either inside in the cool air-conditioning or outside in the glorious sunshine.

The Mediterranean Suite and the Venus Suite must be vacated by 1.00am. From there you are welcome to continue your celebrations in the hotel bar. After your ceremony you can also have drinks on the terrace which can be sectioned off especially for your party.

Do not worry if you do not have the required amount of guests as exceptions can always be made if the venue you require is available.

Your Wedding Guests

Your guests are welcome at the Grecian Sands. Day passes are not required for guests attending your wedding who are not staying at the hotel. Guests that are not staying at the hotel can also book a room for the night of the wedding, subject to availability.

FOOD & DRINK

There is a number of set menus, which have been put together with years of experience. These can be varied up to a point. Also available special menus for children and vegetarians. It is possible to pre-book your menu however we do recommend that you wait and sort this out on arrival with the wedding manager. Please note that the BBQ menu is only available for the White Wedding Pavilion (weather permitting).

There is a large collection of romantic CD's for background music for both the chapel and your reception, you are also welcome to bring your own music.

If you require a DJ for your reception we have contact details for DJ's and equipment hire. We need to know before you arrive if you need a DJ as they are very busy during the summer months. There are also resident bands playing on most nights of the week and you are free to join them at no extra cost.

What extra facilities are available in the hotel for weddings?

An ironing service is available to get those outfits ready in time There are storage facilities to keep those dresses away from prying eyes. The hotel has its own hairdressing salon that specializes in weddings as well as a beautician who offers wedding packages for makeup and nails. The Wedding couples rooms can be decorated on the night of the wedding if requested.
