High
Season
When we refer to High
Season we generally mean from April to end of
October.
Low Season
When we refer to Low Season we generally
mean from November to end of March.
HOTELS
Bed and
Breakfast
All Hotels from 1 to 5 star on our web site
include Breakfast as a Standard.
Half Board
You have the option of paying extra for Half
Board. This means as well as breakfast you will
receive an evening meal. In some hotels you have
the option of Lunch or Evening Meal. Prices on
the web site are Per Person.
Full Board
You have the option of paying extra for Full
Board. This means as well as breakfast, you will
receive Lunch and Evening Meal. Prices on the
web site are Per Person.
All
Inclusive
You have the option of paying extra for All
Inclusive. This means you would also have
included in the price breakfast, lunch, evening
meal, snacks and drinks. Prices on the web site
are Per Person. Some conditions apply.
Single Room
A Single Room is when One Person is using
the room. Price is for 1 person solely using
this room.
Single
Supplement
A Single Supplement is an extra fee paid on
top of the displayed per person price when only
One Person will be using the room.
Twin Room
A Twin Room is for 2 persons with two single
beds. The price is per person when 2 persons are
sharing the same room, unless stated otherwise.
One Double Bed can be requested.
Double Room
A Double Room is for 2 persons with a double
bed. The price is per person when 2 persons are
sharing the same room, unless stated otherwise.
Two Single Beds can be requested.
Extra Adult
/ Bed
An extra Adult/Bed can be accommodated in a
Twin/Double Room. A discount is available only
for the extra Adult on the Twin/Double price per
person.
Infants
Infants are under 2 years old and will have
a COT normally Free of Charge. No Meals are
included.
Children
In Most hotels Children under 12 years
receive a discount when sharing a room with two
adults. If Children are 12 years or over
in most cases they will be classed as an Adult.
All hotels have a
star rating system, this gives an indication of
the level of the hotel's standards and
facilities. This does not necessarily mean a 2
star hotel will not have good or bad service or
standards then again this also does not mean a 5
star hotel will have the best service. Its
generally a guide to the hotel's quality and
facilities. All the ratings on our web site are
the hotels official rating.
1 Star Hotels
One star hotels are very basic offering few
facilities.
2 Star Hotels
Two star hotels are generally basic offering
few facilities at a budget price. Some can be
extremely basic others can be very pleasant with
good facilities.
3 Star Hotels
Three star hotels are generally good
offering an average standard of accommodation
with more facilities.
4 Star Hotels
Four Star Hotels are luxury hotels offering
some high standard of accommodation and
facilities.
5 Star Hotels
Five Star Hotels are the highest standard of
accommodation and facilities available in
Cyprus.
HOTEL APARTMENTS
Self Catering
Most apartments DO NOT include breakfast, but
is available as an extra option for a small fee in some establishments.
Breakfast
Is not included in most hotel apartments
but available at an extra small fee.
Half Board
Where available you have the option of paying extra for
Half Board. This means as well as breakfast you will receive an evening
meal. In some hotel apts you have the option of Lunch or Evening Meal.

Full Board
Where available you have the option of paying extra for
Full Board. This means as well as breakfast, you will receive Lunch and

Air Conditioning
Some apartments don't have air
conditioning included in the price, if it is available it can be
organised at an extra fee per
unit normally payable on location.
Studio
A Studio Apartment is a Bedroom, Lounge
and Kitchenette in one open plan room. Sleeps from 2 to 3 persons.
Prices are normally for 2 persons with an extra charge for each extra
person.
One Bedroom
A One Bedroom Apartment is a Separate
Bedroom, then an open plan lounge/kitchenette. Sleeps 2 person in
bedroom and up to 2 persons in lounge area. Prices are normally for 2
persons with an extra charge for each extra person.
Two Bedroom
A Two Bedroom Apartment has 2 Separate
Bedrooms, then an open plan lounge/kitchenette. Sleeps 4 person in the
bedrooms and up to 2 persons in lounge area. Prices are normally for 4
persons with an extra charge for each extra person.
Extra Bed / Person
There is a fee for each extra person in
an apartment. i.e. if the price on the web page says for 2 persons
and you want an extra person in the apartment there is an extra charge.
Extra Bed for Children
In some apartments children under 12
years receive a discount when sharing an apartment with two adults. If
Children are 12 years and over they will be classed as an extra Adult.
