will be kept confidential and we will not disclose this information to
any other parties apart from those involved in confirming your
reservation.

Secure Credit Card Payments |
For your security
you can use our online secure payment form or faxable form that is
emailed to you when you request a quote.

Booking Conditionings |
1. Once you have requested a booking for the hotel of your choice
we will send you a full quotation with the total price and ask you to confirm this
with a Credit Card Authorization for the full amount: -

10% of the total payment due will be charged
to your Credit Card as soon as the hotel confirms your
booking. Unless we are instructed to charge the full amount or your
arrival date is less than 30 Days. Where your Arrival Date
is less than 30 days from the date of your booking the total payment
due will be charged to your credit card as soon as the hotel confirms
your booking.

The 90% remaining balance will be
automatically charged 30 Days prior to your Arrival Date at your
booked accommodation.

If the total amount is less than 200.00
Euro the whole amount will be charged as soon as the hotel
confirms the booking. Cancellation condition 2. below still applies
2. Cancellation of Hotel bookings :-

If you cancel giving us more than 30 days notice before your
Arrival Date at the hotel you will lose your 10% deposit.

If you cancel giving us less than 30 days notice before your
Arrival Date at the hotel you will lose from 33% - 100% of the total
payment.

If you fail to turn up at the hotel (no show) you will loose 33%
- 100% of the total payment.
3. Hotel Conditions: Cyprus hotels reserves the right
due to human error or any emergency to move you to another hotel of
equal status or better. (This very rarely happens and is a standard
disclaimer.)

Insurance
|
It is advisable to take out holiday
insurance if booking any holiday,
just in case you can't make it. Please Ask your bank or insurance broker
for details.

Service Guarantee |
We do our best
to offer a fast, friendly and reliable service. All our emails and quote
request forms are answered swiftly normally within the hour. However
it can sometimes take from 15 minutes up to 12 hours depending on the
time the request was made. Click here to see

Human Link Live Chat Facility where you can talk with one of our staff
at Armata to help
answer any of your general questions. Booking Requests need to be done by email or booking
form. |
Confirmations |
Once you have accepted our
quote and decided to book your chosen hotel by sending us the required
payment details we then process your booking. All bookings are requested
and received from the hotel in writing so we have a written confirmation
guarantying your booking. The time of the process depends on the speed
of the hotels reservations department. It can take a few hours up to a
few days. However for last minute requests we make sure we have your
confirmation in time and give you an emergency contact number. Click
